Historic Preservation

This functional plan sets historic preservation priorities for Independence, Missouri. It reviews the current historic preservation program and identifies specific strategies for traditional neighborhoods, commercial districts, and cultural landscapes. Chapter 5 shares the most important opportunities and challenges and lists goals and objectives for the years 2019-2024 and 2024-2029.
