Historic Preservation

This functional plan aims to guide historic preservation efforts in Pasco, Washington. Four goals address preservation of the built environment, rehabilitation for economic development, heritage tourism, and public awareness and partnerships. It details the history of the community and evaluates past preservation efforts. The recommendations are summarized in tables that identify which actions are to be completed, by whom, and how, in years 1 through 5. Part VIII lists implementation tools at several scales that could be utilized by local stakeholders.
