It shares the historic context, existing conditions, the federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks, and recommendations related to documentation, commitment, appreciation, and stewardship of historic resources. It also inventories historic resources in sixteen sectors, each including descriptions of sector-specific characteristics, opportunities, and recommendations.
