This subarea plan outlines a historic preservation program for the downtown area of the city of Everett, Washington. It outlines the current program, the legal framework, and establishes an action plan for the downtown area. Appendix A shares the results of a survey of historic property in downtown Everett and Appendix E points out relevant policies from the comprehensive plan.
