Historic Preservation

The city’s codified ordinances regulate the preservation of Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve (Chapter 17.04A). It establishes the Ebey’s Landing Historic Preservation Commission and requires certificates of appropriateness at levels A, B, or C, depending on the scope and impact of the work involved.
