Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This report examines how green stormwater infrastructure can both reduce flooding and improve water quality in Texas. It provides history and projections of flooding in the state, model approaches from other states and municipalities, and barriers to implementation. The report concludes with several policy recommendations.
