Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This report reviews economic approaches to supporting green infrastructure and addressing barriers to investment. It examines four incentive-based and five mitigation- and credit-based “economic instruments” and discusses the barriers to investment including, technical capacity, market size, and quantification. The report also touches on the regulatory and non-regulatory drivers of green infrastructure investment.
