Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This article examines city-led tree-planting initiatives (TPIs) and their institutionalization as a component of urban environmental governance. It explores TPIs from six urban municipal governments, their implementation in collaboration with private sector partners, and how these initiatives are managed. The article discusses whether these initiatives represent a component of traditional government or a new form of environmental governance.
