Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This article analyzes trends in green stormwater infrastructure based on its implementation in three cities. It investigates the use of different tactics, the economic and political contexts to their implementation, and their rate of implementation. The article examines these trends in Baltimore, Phoenix, and Portland, Oregon.
