Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This article analyzes the implementation of municipal green infrastructure programs as urban experimentation in a sociotechnical context. It provides background information on this concept, develops an experimental framework for evaluation, and surveys 27 cities. The article concludes with a discussion on the regulatory and planning implications for green infrastructure as a sociotechnical system within the urban environment.
