Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This model ordinance provides a template to help municipalities in Ohio draft stormwater management regulations that include standards for green infrastructure and low-impact development (LID). It defines relevant terminology, provides standards for plan development and the application process, and references state and federal regulations. The model ordinance also includes language on easements, maintenance, and financial and legal mechanisms.
