Green Stormwater Infrastructure

The city’s comprehensive plan includes a chapter on planning, identifying, and mapping green infrastructure. It identifies high importance resource areas and secondary resource areas in the city and reviews the use of several tactics including bio-swales, rain gardens, native plantings, green roofs, porous pavement, and water conservation.

The Green Infrastructure Chapter provides specific goals, attribute inventories, recommended actions, and success indicators for communities within each of the resource areas. The comprehensive plan includes images and detailed maps throughout.
