Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This functional plan evaluates green infrastructure strategies to eliminate basement backups and overflows and improve water quality. It reviews the application, benefits, and costs of porous pavement, bioswales, trees, green roofs, cisterns, native landscaping, rain barrels, and soil amendments in relation to regional stormwater management goals. The functional plan provides maps identifying priority and opportunity areas as an appendix.
