Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This functional plan outlines a strategy for using green infrastructure to improve water quality and promote sustainability in New York City. It presents five components including building cost-effective gray infrastructure, optimizing the existing wastewater system, mitigating runoff with green infrastructure, institutionalizing adaptive management, and engaging with key stakeholders. The functional plan assesses and models the performance and costs of green infrastructure citywide.
