Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This functional plan describes the process of locating, designing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating green infrastructure to address long-term water management requirements. It reviews the requirements and goals of a regional consent decree, the process of plan development, potential projects, and an implementation plan and schedule. The functional plan includes several appendices which include relevant templates, resources, and maps.
