Green Stormwater Infrastructure

This functional plan analyzes water resource conditions and describes how green infrastructure tactics can be used for their management in Storm Lake, Iowa. It is divided into ten sections, which address the process of planning, goal setting, plan development and implementation, and funding and financing. The functional plan provides two ordinances, two reports, and several financial resources as appendices.
