Green Stormwater Infrastructure

The city’s code of ordinances presents best management practices (BMPs) as an approach to improving water quality at the site-level. It examines the flow of water and pollutants through the “stormwater treatment train” and how BMPs can reduce pollutants and slow the hydrological process (Appendix K, The Stormwater Treatment Train). The code of ordinances also outlines a process for stormwater management planning (Appendix K, Stormwater Management Planning Process).
