Green Stormwater Infrastructure

The city’s code of ordinances provides model low-impact development (LID) standards for all development with exemptions. It outlines the requirements for site plan approval (§48-1058), pre-development and construction site standards (§48-1059), and post-construction review standards (§48-1061). The code of ordinances also specifies the use of independent consultants to facilitate application review (§48-1062).
