This clearinghouse contains resources on the integration of hazard mitigation and smart growth planning for resilient coastal development and redevelopment. It provides resources for recovery planning for both before and after a disaster has occurred. The clearinghouse also includes a section of case studies demonstrating “hazard resilient smart growth.”
