Hazard Mitigation

This report surveys and assesses 12 hazard mitigation plans in coastal communities throughout Texas. It examines components of these plans with a developed “quality assessment protocol” to identify areas for improvement. The report concludes with a discussion on the implications of their findings on hazard mitigation planning.
