This report offers a roadmap for building community resilience for health security threats including pandemics and other infectious disease events. It provides guidance on accessing useful resources and assistance, identifying and assessing risks, tracking and measuring metrics, leveraging community resources, and implementing plans for response and recovery. The report also includes an example “community prioritization tool” and sample “community resilience measures” as appendices.
