This report presents lessons learned from emergency support provided for long-term community recovery by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). It examines community recovery practices and federal support available to local communities, including the implementation of the National Defense Recovery Framework (NDRF). The report highlights case studies from ten states and a tribal nation.
