Hazard Mitigation

This functional plan provides a hazard mitigation strategy for a four-county area. It includes 10 broad mitigation goals that address data, emergency response capacity, new policies and programs, mitigation projects, public awareness and understanding, economic vitality, security, community infrastructure, and inventory and assessing floodplain structures and properties.
