This functional plan details a hazard mitigation strategy for a tribal authority. It identifies mitigation actions in response to invasive species, illegal drug, severe storm, pandemic, flood, winter storm, forest or wildland fire, hazardous materials, tornado or high wind, extreme heat, extreme cold, violent attack, and dam failure risks.
