This report reviews brownfield projects from across the country. It focuses on their impact on the communities in which redevelopment took place. It examines brownfield remediation practices and land revitalization and charts the history of the USEPA’s brownfield remediation program. It also reviews the economic, environmental, and community benefits of brownfields redevelopment.
