The states in the review are Arizona, California, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
