This subarea plan focuses on redeveloping a section of north Tulsa in the context of Tulsa’s comprehensive plan. It explores area needs and housing demands, and projects that have already taken place in the area despite its economic challenges, and highlights brownfields redevelopment as a catalyst for economic modernization.
