Brownfields Redevelopment

This subarea plan focuses on implementing previously outlined projects in the Northeast Neighborhood. It focuses on community needs and residents’ quality of life, and how “blighted” brownfield sites can be redeveloped into economically beneficial plots in the neighborhood. These plots include a former factory, a defunct school, a disused salvage site, and a former vehicle maintenance yard.
