Brownfields Redevelopment

The city’s land development code enables the city to designate brownfields and harness available financial and technical assistance for brownfields redevelopment (§9.1). It vests authority in the City Commission to designate brownfield sites, identifies designation criteria, and sets public notice and hearing requirements.
