Grayfields Reuse and Redevelopment

The City of Saint Paul comprehensive plan discusses at length the city's need to increase density and transit-oriented development through infill development. The City Coucil's approved plan prioritizes land reuse and revitalization around neighborhood nodes and to promote context-sensitive infill development strategies that preserve greenfields and increase access to vital services in communities that need them.
