Shared Mobility

This report examines the experiences and practices of transit agencies that integrated microtransit or other demand-responsive transit services into their systems. Different sections of this report present the results of a survey with various transit agencies and their experiences with micro-transit and a deeper analysis of five case studies consisting of program background, challenges, lessons learned, and keys to successful outcomes.
