Shared Mobility

This report explores the impacts of emerging mobility services in medium-sized cities and how these services can create equitable solutions for disparities in access to transportation. Different sections of this report identify how these cities incorporate new mobility technologies into their transportation and equity plans and how these jurisdictions can develop policies and strategies to enhance the integration of these new services into their transportation system. The appendices of this report also share examples of transportation plans, RFPs, regulations, and pilot programs that incorporate equity.
