This report explores the impacts that greater integration of shared mobility services and transit services have on enhancing mobility for individuals and providing environmental benefits. Different chapters of this report present how shared mobility aligns with social goals, the impact of shared mobility on public transit, and the opportunities and challenges of coordinating these modes with the core transportation system. Chapter 4 discusses mobility-enhancing technologies and concepts such as Mobility on Demand and Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
