Shared Mobility

This report explores the growing interest of public agencies in leveraging the availability of transportation network companies (TNCs) and adding the service to subsidized mobility programs. Different chapters of the report present cases of programs that have incorporated TNCs into their services and the benefits, challenges, and possible solutions to implementing these services into subsidized mobility programs for seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income adults.
