Shared Mobility

This report explores partnerships between public agencies and transportation network companies (TNCs) and intends to guide practitioners on making informed decisions before pursuing these partnerships. It presents nationwide case studies of partnerships, exploring the motivation, policies, funding mechanisms, and other methods to establish the agreement with TNCs. Chapter 6 presents the Partnership Playbook, a guide to transit agencies interested in entering partnerships with TNCs.
