Shared Mobility

This briefing paper offers an initial framework and recommendations on achieving equity outcomes when implementing new mobility services. It explores different challenges that can emerge with new mobility that include but are not limited to discrimination, technological barriers, limitations in payment, and reductions in the services of the core transportation system.
