Shared Mobility

This blog post discusses how public transit fits within the landscape of emerging mobility services and the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS). It uses the case of Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's TAP Smart program to discuss whether public transit and emerging mobility services are competitors or partners and the role of public policy in integrating the two sectors to enhance transportation services.
