Shared Mobility

This case study details the BlueLA Carsharing Pilot that focused on supporting the mobility needs of low-income communities and reducing GHG emissions with the use of electric vehicles (EV). It evaluates the program and explores the public-private partnership business model, the permitting process, and the operations of the pilot.
