Shared Mobility

This case study explores an autonomous vehicle pilot program that provides a shared transportation option in the community of Lake Nona in Orlando, FL. The program, implemented through a public-private partnership, addresses first and last-mile connections, supports multimodal solutions, and aims to reduce congestion and personal vehicle miles traveled in a community where approximately 97% of residents use a private vehicle as a primary mode of transportation.
