Shared Mobility

This case study presents the Ventra-Divvy Integration project, part of the Federal Transit Administration's Mobility on Demand (MOD) Sandbox program that supports local transportation agencies' efforts in innovations on on-demand transportation services. It provides the background, challenges, lessons learned, and best practices for the program, which goal is to integrate the Chicago region's transit app and the city's bike-share system to allow users to pay for their bike-share with transit value.
