Shared Mobility

This functional plan presents strategies to help implement, adopt, and expand carsharing policies and services in San Francisco's Bay Area. It explores various actions, including integrating carshare incentives into transportation demand management (TDM) plans (strategy B), transitioning local fleet operations to carshare operators (strategy C), and increasing the number of carshare vehicles at mobility hubs (strategy E). Each of the strategies presents the guiding insight, a case study, implementation steps, the budget needed, and evaluation metrics.
