Shared Mobility

This functional plan outlines strategies developed by Metro to address first and last-mile challenges and opportunities by creating a Pathway to a more seamless experience for transit users. The plan describes the Pathway as a county-wide transit access network that includes bike share, car share, ride-hail, and other services to reduce the distance and time to and from the core transportation system. Chapter five presents a toolbox with goals, guidelines, available resources to achieve these goals, and examples of how different components can work together.
