Shared Mobility

The city’s licensing and regulation code includes permit requirements and other regulations for operating shared micromobility systems within the jurisdiction (§12-22). It establishes the permitting process, presents the shared micromobility devices requirements, explains the use of paid fees and other policies for the deployment of shared micromobility services in the city.
