Shared Mobility

The city’s zoning code authorizes the reduction of the required number of parking spaces for projects proposals that include transportation demand management strategies such as carsharing and ridesharing (§19.24.050(B)). The Planning Commission may grant permits for reduced parking if the applicant provides proof of a perpetual agreement with a carshare agency.
