Shared Mobility

The village’s zoning code authorizes reducing off-street parking requirements for project proposals that include car-share parking spaces (§9-5G-6-d (4)). It allows for applications for reducing four (4) parking spaces for every space designated for a car-share vehicle. The approval for reducing required off-street parking spaces is subject to the applicant presenting proof of an agreement with a car-share company.
