Shared Mobility

The city’s land-use code allows for the reduction of off-street parking requirements in exchange for space designated for car-share vehicles (§154.010(J)(8)). It authorizes the zoning administrator to reduce required off-street parking to up to 5% if the applicant provides at least one parking space reserved for a car-share vehicle.
