This report discusses heat mitigation strategies at the neighborhood, municipal, and regional levels. Different sections of this report highlight urban tree coverage and cool surfaces to combat extreme heat, discuss what cities are doing to address heat, and provide recommendations for heat-vulnerable cities and regions.
