This report sought to examine the degree to which socially vulnerable populations are also exposed to the highest impacts of climate change. For this, it explores several climate change impacts, including air quality and health, extreme temperature, coastal flooding, and inland flooding. And it addresses the impacts of these events on health, labor, transportation, and property.
