This guide offers information to help municipalities in Michigan develop climate and health adaptation plans or integrate climate and health into existing programs. It presents four phases for the climate and health adaptation planning process:
- Engaging stakeholders and identifying concerns;
- Engaging the community and developing the plan;
- Prioritizing and implementing; and
- Monitoring, updating, and keeping the initiative active.
