Climate Change

The city’s comprehensive plan contains several climate mitigation and adaptation goals and policies in its Climate Change and Sustainability chapter. Section C focuses on policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in sectors such as land use and transportation, buildings and energy, solid waste, and the economy. And Section D focus on adaptation strategies to climate change impacts, including extreme storms events and increased temperature.
